This is a rare Fossil classic vintage style watch in new working unworn condition. Part of a series of  releases that were promotional watches often offered to management or special employees. This one was designated for the 1996  Shell Team player of the year with the theme: You make the difference. 

Classic Fossil watch design with images of license plates from various states. The case is a bronze bezel on brushed stainless steel with stainless steel back on a Fossil brown genuine leather band. Comes in a special collectible Fossil Shell oil can display tin. Watch case 35 mm., band width 18mm., quartz movement, 3 hand analog display, Rare Domed magnifying mineral crystal. Water resistant to 3 meters, however vintage watches should not be submerged as the water seals tend to deteriorate over time.
