This is a sold out Fossil watch in new condition. Part of a series of watch releases that were promotional watches often offered to management or special employees.  This one is a Classic mens dress watch design with the RCA logo on a dark blue textured backgound. The case is a brushed stainless steel with rotating bezel and luminous hands and hour markers. The watch is  on a Fossil thick black silicone band. Comes in a special RCA tin shown in photos.
