In 2001-2002 Mars solicited votes in their first ever M&M's Global Color Vote to add a new color from three choices: aqua (turquoise), pink, and purple. Purple won and was featured for a limited time. Various marketing ventures helped promote the "Get out and Vote" campaign and this Fossil Special Edition watch was one of those efforts.

Sold Out Classic Limited Edition Collectible in new working condition.  This is a mens watch with a comfortable contoured stainless steel band with locking clasp. The face has a world globe with three M&Ms of the colors included in the vote. Luminous dials and a rotating top ring. This is a working watch in new never worn condition.  It still has the band encased in protective plastic (pulled back some to take the photos,protective paper on the clasp, and protective film on the watch face and case back, removed only to take the photos seen here.
