Bozart Steinway Tricentennial Piano Kaleidoscope Piano New in Box- PLAYS

A 1:12 scale reproduction of the Steinway Tricentennial Artcase Piano Designed by Dakota Jackson. When you press the piano keys it plays an excerpt from Gymnopedie No.1 by Erik Satie, performed and recorded by Bob Gold on Steinway Model D serial no. 512714.  The high volume and quality of the speaker in this miniature piano is surprising!

 In celebration of the 300th anniversary of the invention of the piano, Steinway & Sons and internationally acclaimed furniture designer Dakota Jackson created the Steinway Tricentennial limited edition artcase grand piano. As a renowned designer, pianist, and an aficionado of Steinway pianos, Dakota Jackson was a natural choice to design the Tricentennial. 

The miniature piano offered here was created for the Kaleidoscope doll house which has been displayed in several museums around the world. The furniture for the doll house was created by world renowned designers, picture series for the walls are both modern art designs and reproductions of classics. The collaborative effort of the Kaleidoscope House has resulted in these rare houses and their accessories becoming valuable collector items. And the Steinway Piano is a highly prized piece. 

The piano offered here is in new, working condition. We opened it to insert  new batteries to assure that it will arrive working. The sound is fantastic. The box will show some minor bending and wear as it is a bit difficult to put back into the box once removed.
